How to Register for Summer Camp

CAMP REGISTRATION FORM - SUMMER 2019 CAMP BROCHURE

Registration can be done in person at Terry Conners Rink 1125 Cove Road in Cove Island Park in Stamford; please call ahead to verify someone will be in the rink office.

We unfortunately do not have online registration but you can scan (or take a picture of completed form) and email the registration form

The registration form must be completed and submitted at time of registration

Payments & Balance

If registering for 1 or 2 weeks of camp full payment is due at time of registration.  If registering for more than 2 weeks of camp payments can be made in 2 or 3 installments and must be paid in full by Monday of your child's final week of camp.  Other payment plans can be arranged with the rink office.  TCR will charge a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for cancellations, absences or no-shows per week that the camper was registered for.

ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE FOR FULL WEEK; NO DAILY SESSIONS OR PRO-RATED SESSIONS FOR 2019 SUMMER CAMP.

We accept payment in the form of cash, checks, mastercard, visa or discover (No Amex)

 

Skating Levels

FULL DAY CAMPERS WILL HAVE 3 HOURS ON ICE PER DAY

Snowplow Sam

These classes are for children 4 & 5 years old and will teach the fundamentals of skating and help develop coordination and strength to progress through the levels.

Basic 1 thru Pre Freestyle

Basic levels are for ages 6 and up. Each skater will be placed in the level that is appropriate for their skills and will advance at their own pace. After Pre Freestyle the skater will  advance to the Freestyle levels.

Freestyle/ Moves in the Field

Skaters in these levels will focus on different aspects of figure skating. Skaters will be split up by ability and will work on various Moves in the Field and Freestyle elements. Camp enrollment is different every week. Your child's grouping may change each week depending on the current levels of enrolled skaters.

Synchronized Skating

Skaters will learn the fundamentals of synchronized skating.

Intro to Hockey

Intro to Hockey is for ages 11 and under and who have passed Basic 2 or SS3 and who can skate forward and backwards. This class is for skaters who are interested in playing hockey and are at the beginner level. FULL EQUIPMENT REQUIRED.

Off Ice Activities

Off ice activities include stretching, conditioning, arts and crafts, playground, and games.
